Copyrighted clown faces

In an earlier IPBiz pst "clowns don't copy, but CBS Does," IPBiz noted the IP angle of copyrighted clown images and eggs recording the protected images.

That post was in 2011. In fact, in 1968, "The Avengers" had an episode on copyrighted clown faces and their depiction on eggs. John Cleese played the keeper of the eggs.

The underlying theme was pure 1960s, evoking Dr. Strangelove. Cupid stood for cabinet underground premises in depth.
