Another Harvard plagiarism incident?

Alex Park was checking citations to his senior thesis titled "A Tale of Two Townships: Political Opportunity and Violent and Non-Violent Local Control in South Africa" but sadly found some heavy duty copying of the thesis within a University of Johannesburg paper titled "Khutsong and Xenophobic Violence: Exploring the Case of the Dog That Didn't Bark."

You guessed it. One of the authors of the copying paper is a Harvard graduate and a doctorate, but it is unknown as to which author improperly used Park's work.
