Feingold afoul of football copyright

Democrat Senator Russ Feingold of Wisconsin utilized a political ad including 2005 footage of Minnesota Vikings receiver Randy Moss pretending to moon Packer fans at Lambeau Field. However, Feingold didn't get permission from the NFL to use the material, and the NFL asked the Feingold campaign to remove the spot.

Moss, after a detour to the Patriots, is back with the Vikings. Whether he might do a cameo for Feingold is unclear.

Perhaps Feingold can enlist Seward Johnson, who created the work "Copyright Violation," which resides in Hamilton, New Jersey.
