Prometheus Bilski'd

Courtesy of Bilski, the Federal Circuit gets to look at Prometheus again:

The petition for a writ of certiorari is granted. The
judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the United
States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for further
consideration in light of Bilski v. Kappos, 561 U.S. ___
(2010).

Well, let's see: patents on abstract ideas are out, but
some business method patents are not out.

And the answer on Prometheus, after contemplating Bilski is,
the same?
