Moore confirmed 92-0 for seat on CAFC

Several blogs have noted that Kimberly Moore was confirmed by a 92-0 vote in the Senate earlier this week. One blog observed that she is not a registered patent attorney. That blog also pointed to deficiencies in the Lemley/Moore paper on "ending abuse," which I think is something to contemplate.

No one talks anymore about the earlier push for the nomination of Judge Whyte.
