IV lobbying money to Choate not reported to Senate?
Further on the Choate/Intellectual Ventures matter, law.com notes:
U.S. Senate records show that Intellectual Ventures spent almost $4 million on lobbyists from 2007 through 2010, with Harter earning $900,000. Choate, who says IV allies paid him $295,000 to fight the proposed bills over the last two years, doesn't appear in Senate records.
