SIU's Wendler out

The Chicago Tribune reported on November 8 that SIU Chancellor Walter Wendler was ousted:

The top official at Southern Illinois University's Carbondale campus was ousted this morning, a week after a university report criticized him for not properly attributing the campus' strategic plan to other sources.

Thus, even though the SIU report was ambiguous on whether or not plagiarism had occurred, the resultant SIU action was clearer.
