There is currently a "prior art" contest at Patexia. Specifically, the $5000 contest is a prior art search related to charge pumps in voltage controlled oscillators. The technical area is primarily directed to an electrical engineering search crowd, but is accessible to almost anyone with a background in prior art searching.
