Google files reexam requests on Lodsys patents
The patents in question are U.S. 7,222,078 and 7,620,565. The re-exam requests were filed on 12 Aug 2011.
The last rejection in the prosecution of the '078 case concerned 112 P2, and not prior art. Sterne, Kessler was handling the prosecution.
