Employee job switch leads to charge of copying in design competition

The key text in a dispute over an architectural design competition is:

The dispute centres on the role of Design ACB’s director Dominic Gaunt – who Dan Brill Architects said was one of its employees before he left for Design ACB in summer 2008.

Gaunt is the architect named on the shortlist but Dan Brill said his firm should be credited as an executive architect on the schemes.
