CSI: Miami does "welcome to South Florida"

"CSI: Miami" on January 2, 2011 did the ultimate South Florida nightmare: hopping into a swimming pool and being eaten by an alligator. The victim in the episode, one Matthew Shaw, had his leg chewed off, and his left hand ended up in the gator's stomach. The episode is titled: MATCH MADE IN HELL . The leader for the show: When the investigation of a dead millionaire leads the CSIs to an elite dating service, Ryan poses as a wealthy businessman to expose the matchmaker's lies. The "wealthy business" is in the "energy from windmills" business.

Don't worry, the gator was lured to the pool by a food trail. But the facts on the show noted there are a half dozen pool gator attacks per year.
