HP sues Hurd concerning trade secrets

The Examiner writes: Hewitt Packard has filed a lawsuit against former CEO of HP Mark Hurd for breach of trade secrets by accepting a job at Oracle. According to court documents HP does not believe that Hurd can perform the duties he was hired to do at Oracle without disclosing HP’s trade secrets and confidential information to others. HP claims that by accepting the job before the one year standard agreement is up that Hurd has violated and will continue violating his legal obligations to the company.

Sort of an "inevitable disclosure" argument, similar to that in the ongoing Bimbo Bakeries case.
