No breadcrumb trail?

A story on Nokia's piezoelectric / energy recovery patent application includes the following text:

How seriously Nokia — which has a history of pursuing environmentally minded projects — is taking the idea is unclear, though the patent doesn’t leave much of a breadcrumb trail for others to follow.

The application is US 20100045241. Paragraph [003] does state:

This Summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts in a simplified form that are further described below in the Detailed Description. This Summary is not intended to identify key features or essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended to be used as an aid in determining the scope of the claimed subject matter.

The prosecuting firm is BANNER & WITCOFF.
