Canadian patent-licensing company Wi-Lan Inc. said August 11 that it has reached a deal with Research In Motion to license certain wireless technology patents, resolving a pending patent litigation between the two companies.
Did RIM learn from the NTP experience, or is it because Wi-Lan is Canadian?
