Some Kanzius patent applications
This application is a continuation-in-part of and claims priority to non-provisional application Ser. No. 10/969,477 filed on Oct. 20, 2004, which is entitled System and Method for RF-Induced Hyperthermia, which is incorporated herein by reference, and which claims priority to, and the benefits of, provisional application Ser. No. 60/569,348 filed on May 7, 2004, which is also entitled System and Method For RF-Induced Hyperthermia, and which is also incorporated herein by reference. This application is also a continuation-in-part of and claims priority to U.S. patent application Ser. No. 11/050,422, filed Feb. 3, 2005, and entitled Enhanced Systems and Methods for RF-Induced Hyperthermia, and which is also incorporated herein by reference. This application is also related to U.S. patent application Ser. No. 11/050,478, filed Feb. 3, 2005, and entitled Systems and Methods for Combined RF-Induced Hyperthermia and Radioimmunotherapy, related to U.S. patent application Ser. No. 11/050,481, filed Feb. 3, 2005, and entitled Systems and Methods for RF-Induced Hyperthermia Using Biological Cells and Nanoparticles as RF Enhancer Carriers, and related to corresponding PCT cases Int'l Application Nos. PCT/US05/16079, PCT/US05/16077, PCT/US05/16198, and PCT/US05/16071, all of which were filed on May 9, 2005 and all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The last action in the '477 case was on 14 Aug 08: Information Disclosure Statement (IDS) Filed, which disclosed, among other things, US 7,921,314 (sic, not searchable) and 7,163,664, which has the abstract
An apparatus subjects water to waves from an RF plasma. This allows continuous production of "activated water" characterized by cluster sizes below about 4 molecules per cluster, substantially bacteria free water and controlled pH. The basic frequency of the plasma is preferably between 0.44 MHz and 40.68 MHz, and the plasma is preferably modulated at a frequency between 10 kHz and 35 kHz. Flow rates typically range from 20 l/hr to about 2000 l/hr. Activated water can be used for many purposes, including antimicrobial treatment of drinking water, antimicrobial cleaning of worktables, floors, walls, knives, and other surfaces, for example, in meat processing facilities and hospitals.

Of -- For example, had an email been sent out (the way spam gets circulated) saying "Free Energy Source - Salt Water Turned Into Hydrogen Fuel - Here's the Radio Frequency XXX MHz and the specs on how to build the transmitter" - then we might have seen that WOW! product. But we haven't seen it otherwise. Why not? --, the specs of the Kanzius rf transmitter are on the USPTO website. The "free" energy source consumes more energy than it creates. My macaw can say Wow! but at least it's over something interesting.
Rick C. Hodgin (author of the Wow! comment on Kanzius) may be of the tech generation but evokes P.T. Barnum who said “There’s a fool born every minute.” The information Hodgin claims was missing is right on the internet (had he bothered to look) AND there's a good reason (which is NOT missing information) why we are all not burning seawater.
