Patent-bin-Laden?

IPBiz noted a citation of sorts to IPBiz in the article "Patent Terrorism -- Terror of the Intangibles," by Qaiser and Chandran, the first section of which is titled "Patent Bin Laden." IPBiz was cited for something said by Carl Gulbrandsen about trolls.

Patent terrorism may be available at
forum.ip.com/posts/downloadAttach/23.page.

On a separate note, someone else had an article on patent reform as the perfect storm. The site was restricted, but by IPBiz guesses the components of the storm are the Supreme Court (KSR v. Teleflex, etc. ), Congress (S.1145, etc.), and the USPTO (rules changes now before OMB, initially going back to Jan. 2006).
