Apple, Nike sued over data collecting shoe

The Detroit News reports that Apple Inc. and Nike Inc. were sued by a Colorado company accusing them (in their Nike+iPod Sport Kit) of infringing claims of a patent directed to shoes that collect the wearer's pace and distance data.
