Repligen/UMich sue BMS over Orencia in ED Texas

Bringing up some memories of the University of Rochester going after Searle over COX-2 inhibitors, Repligen and the University of Michigan are going after Bristol-Myers Squibb over Orencia.

Hope the academics at Michigan have done their homework better than the folks at Rochester, who lost on summary judgment in WDNY and appeal thereof to CAFC, spending millions of dollars for nothing.

Separately, one recalls that a Michigan professor wrote a declaration supporting the Eolas patent.
