Ranbaxy claims victory in clarithromycin case

According to rediff: a US court on November 11, 2005 ruled in Ranbaxy's favour in a patent battle with Abbott Laboratories, paving the way for launch of the Indian company's generic version of anti-bacterial clarithromycin.
