Bruno v. Acorn: exceptional case, inequitable conduct

In Bruno v. Acorn, the CAFC affirmed a finding of exceptional case under 35 USC 285.

The underlying facts are worth noting. The failure to provide the PTO with information given to another federal agency (here, the FDA) can be a basis for inequitable conduct.
