The superficiality of analysis by McAfee

An IPBiz reader sent along the following from McAfeeSiteAdvisor:
m-prison.html may try to steal your information.

Why were you redirected to this page? When we visited this site, we found it may be designed to trick you into submitting your financial or personal information to online scammers. This is a serious security threat which could lead to identity theft, financial losses or other dissemination of personal information.

McAfeeSiteAdvisor seems to be using a "key words" analysis to reach unjustified conclusions. IPBiz is not an online scammer, and does not seek your information.

The IPBiz link is to news that Jonathan Nyce submitted a patent application while he was in state prison in Bridgeton, New Jersey. You may visit this link without fear that IPBiz will scam you.


Patent applications from prison?

IPBiz noticed two patent applications, filed in 2008 and published in 2009, from Jonathan Nyce. US 20090054385 (12/196233), titled SOLID INHALATION FORMULATIONS OF DEHYDROEPIANDROSTERONE DERIVATIVES, was filed August 21, 2008 and lists as inventor: NYCE; Jonathan W.; (Titusville, NJ). [The law firm listed on the application is: WILSON SONSINI GOODRICH & ROSATI].

Jonathan Nyce DID once live in Titusville.

In 2008, Jonathan Nyce was resident in South Woods State Prison, 215 S Burlington Rd, Bridgeton, NJ 08302-3479.
