Monsanto, Iowa State cross-license

The St. Louis Business Journal writes of a resolution between Monsanto and Iowa State: An agreement was reached that allowed Monsanto to receive a commercial license from ISURF for current and future low linolenic acid product lines developed by Iowa State. The university will receive a research license for the use of Roundup Ready2Yield soybeans, a trademark of Monsanto Technology LLC. Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
