Fortune, the Economist texts on patent reform criticized at PatentlyO

The title of the Fortune piece was promising Hey lawmakers, patents and innovation aren't the same – here's a reminder but the content was sadly pathetic.

Most patents are NOT innovations. The continual disclosure of ideas in patents does promote the progress (innovation).
