For the foregoing reasons, we dismiss the appeal and
deny mandamus relief.



The CAFC noted:


We agree with INTTRA that GTNX’s appeal falls outside
35 U.S.C. §§ 141 and 329 and hence outside this
court’s jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1295(a)(4)(A).
