The title text is from a comment to the post Twitter in legal spat over data clampdown
. The immediate item was the grant of an temporary restraining order [TRO] against Twitter:

A San Francisco judge on Wednesday [28 Nov 2012] granted a temporary restraining order compelling Twitter to continue providing access to its "Firehose" - the full daily stream of some 400 million tweets - to PeopleBrowsr Inc, a data analytics firm that sifts through Twitter and resells that information to clients ranging from technology blogs to the U.S. Department of Defense.

The antecedent text to "Contracts 101" was from Twitter's lawyers:

Twitter's lawyers argued: "This is Contracts 101."
