DuPont and Monsanto at it, again

DuPont sued Monsanto in SD Iowa for infringement of DuPont patents related to seed corn vigor, US 5,518,989 and 6,162,974.

One notes that infringement is said to have happened in a research facility in Constantine, Michigan.
