CBS "60 Minutes" on September 4, 2011 led off with a reprise of an earlier interview with Julian Assange of Wikileaks. The set-up by Steve Kroft included a reference to the recent leak of State Department material from wikileaks, but the interview was the one from January 2011. See Julian Assange, The Man Behind WikiLeaks.
The second story Could Extinct Species Make a Comeback? was from January 2010.
Even the Andy Rooney piece on "stuff" was a recycle.
I'm a patent lawyer located in central New Jersey. in the Capri case in N.D. Ill. An article that I wrote on DNA profiling was cited by the Colorado Supreme Court (Shreck case) and a Florida appellate court (Brim case). I was interviewed by NHK-TV about the Jan-Hendrik Schon affair. I am developing ipABC, an entity that combines rigorous IP analytics with study of business models, to optimize utilization of intellectual property. I can be reached at C8AsF5 at yahoo.com.
