Law.com had written of the case: The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit dealt Rambus, Inc., a major setback on Friday when it ruled in two cases that the technology licensing company improperly destroyed millions of pages of documents in advance of litigation, and sent the cases back to the lower courts.
