NJ legislature tops in nation in graduate degrees!

The New Jersey state legislature has the highest percentage of lawmakers with graduate degrees in the nation, according to a study of all 50 state Legislatures published by Chronicle of Higher Education.

Lawyers do seem to top the list:


• 25.8 percent have a master’s degree.
•  27.5 percent have law degrees.
• 5.8 percent have doctorates.

One suspects there aren't any patent lawyers in the bunch.
