Uniloc v. Microsoft: no rehearing by CAFC

The order states in pertinent part:

(1) The petition of Plaintiffs-Appellants [Uniloc] for
panel rehearing is denied.
(2) The petition of Plaintiffs-Appellants for
rehearing en banc is denied.
(3) The mandate of the court will issue on May 23, 2011.
