The Senate passed the satellite-office amendment Wednesday on a voice vote. The overall patent reform bill — introduced in the Senate by Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt. —likely will be voted on today, said Bennet spokesman Adam Bozzi.
The Feiinstein amendment failed [Dianne Feinstein loses patent fight, failing 87-13 ]
