"Generation Plagiarism"?

Meanwhile, in the Phillipines on 3 Aug 2010:
Supreme Court spokesperson Midas Marquez said that lawyers Harry Roque and Romel Bagares were being required to comment on the letter of Justice Mariano del Castillo [denying a plagiarism charge that had been made against the justice] “within a non-extendable period of five days.”
