Rolling Stones' music on Cold Case "Shattered" episode
The season finale of Cold Case on 2 May 2010 involves two plotlines intertwined via some previously-unreleased Stones' tracks, including "Slave" at a pivotal point in both investigations.
In one of the plotlines, Jeffries goes after the murder of a girl (Wanda) in Philadelphia's Badlands in 1993, ultimately implicating one of the big bosses in the department (Doherty played by Keith Szarabajka who had previously been a thorn in the team's side).
In the other plotline, Valens and Rush try to track down Rush's sister.
The episode includes several Rolling Stones tracks: "Tumbling Dice" (also from Exile on Main Street), "Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo (Heartbreaker)," "Beast of Burden," "Slave," "Undercover of the Night" and "Winter."

The episode ends with the Stones' Winter.
