Last year the university stood aside Professor Walker for 10 weeks while an industrial lawyer, Anthony Britt, investigated a complaint by whistleblowers. She was later returned to work, with the university saying all but one of the plagiarism claims were unsubstantiated, and the exception was inadvertent.
