Quillen and Webster's third paper on patent grant rate in Fed. Cir. B. J.

IPBiz came across a link to the third paper on patent grant rate by Quillen and Webster, which appears in The Federal Circuit Bar Journal, Vol. 15, No. 4, (May 2006), pages 635-677.

LBE discussed this THIRD paper in Patent quality and patent reform, 88 JPTOS 1068 (2006). As a heads-up, Ron Katznelson has a paper coming out next month in Fed. Cir. B. J. debunking another source relied upon by Quillen and Webster.
