Patent suit over single cup coffee brewing

A patent infringement lawsuit by Keurig alleges that Kraft's single serve beverage cartridges, called Tassimo T Discs, infringe on Keurig's patent for a single cup brewing system. Keurig is seeking an injunction preventing further sales of the cartridges as well as damages for past infringement. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, against Kraft Foods Inc., Kraft Foods Global Inc. and Tassimo Corp.
