Kintisch article in Science challenged in Sept. 06 JPTOS

Earlier on IPBiz, I challenged the accuracy of a "news of the week" story in Science by Eli Kintisch, which appeared at 313 Science 425 (July 28, 2006). Please note that the details showing the inaccuracy of the Science article appear in JPTOS, pp. 743-746 (Sept. 2006) in an article entitled "On the proposal to restrict continuing applications."
