Schwarz Pharma shares drop on news of patent lawsuit

Schwarz said late on Friday, May 6, 2005 that Pfizer Health AB and Pharmacia Ltd had filed a lawsuit in the High Court of England and Wales, claiming patent infringement on one of its drugs by fesoterodine, an incontinence treatment Schwarz is developing.
Shares in Schwarz Pharma fell 6 percent on Monday, May 9.
