IPFrontline: online IP magazine

IPFrontline describes itself as a MAGAZINE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TECHNOLOGY.

Saw one blurb on color trademarks that stated:

Because single colours possess low distinctiveness, a colour does not inherently function as a source-identifier and, consequently, a colour must earn its right to trade mark...
