Letters of Vandagriff, McKeown countering Intel's Sewell appear on August 14

On July 12, 2007, the Wall Street Journal published on op-ed by Bruce Sewell of Intel, exactly on the day the Senate took up S.1145 on patent reform. On August 14, 2007, more than one month later, the Wall Street Journal published two letters critical of the Sewell piece, one by David P. Vandagriff and one by James F. McKeown. An on-line version had appeared earlier, on July 28.

As a separate, but not unrelated, matter Intellectual Property Today had run a story on post-grant opposition (cancellation) by Charles Gholz in March 2007. LBE submitted a formal reply on April 4, 2007, which appeared on-line at IPT on August 13, 2007, more than four months later.
